By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your Responsibilities

● Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with all applicable laws.
● Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised account.

Don’t:
● Try to reverse-engineer, resell, or transfer access.
● Upload malware or harmful code.
● Interfere with or disrupt our systems.
● Upload sensitive data such as financial details or information about children under 13.
We may monitor platform activity to maintain security and compliance.

Data Use and Ownership
● You own your data. We only use it to operate and improve the Service.
● Anonymized data may be aggregated to enhance performance and analytics.
● We securely delete or de-identify data when you close your account or upon request,
following industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-88).

Security and Confidentiality
We apply strong administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

● Multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access
● Continuous monitoring and access logging
● Security-incident notification within 72 hours of confirmation

● Maintain at least 99.5 % system availability (excluding scheduled maintenance).
● Test disaster-recovery and backup procedures annually.

Disclaimers and Limits
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a purpose.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as data loss or lost profits.

Ending Your Use
You can stop using the Service anytime.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
When your account ends, we’ll securely delete or de-identify your data.
